"Accommodating!"

Easy to book, good rate and very accommodating when we were held up in traffic and got to the airport almost an hour after our scheduled arrival time. Had a bit of a wait for the car on our return, but that would be our only criticism.

Booked to travel at the start of April which was cancelled (by them) and initially offered a refund. End of April called me to say I could have a voucher which I politely declined, and was then told that they don't have the money to give me a refund and that I'd have to keep waiting possibly they might be able to pay it in July - I highly doubt it based on the communication so far.

Mobit May very well be good at parking but if you have to cancel your booking to get your money back is a nightmare
I had to cancel my booking on March 18th, yes they replied quickly & asked me if I wanted a voucher or a cash refund
I asked for a cash refund & 11emails later I am still waiting
As my booking had been cancelled before UK lockdown I should be at the top of a waiting list but no all I get is a generic email back
