"Bad integrations "
Overall, a decent system especially for the cost -but unfortunately, they’re trying to keep up with other POS systems that are comparable and so they push out “free “ integrations or services that are not where they need to be when they are launched. They’re online ordering, for instance, does not allow for nested modifiers although it lets you set it up it glitches out when a guest tries to use a nested modifier. Also, very frequently let’s Certain modifiers that are deactivated for online ordering go through on the other end, even though they’re deactivated. But by far the biggest issue, I have found that they’re not willing to do anything about is their DoorDash integration-Their financial summary does not split out DoorDash sales taxes as a line item. It just lumps all of your sales taxes together on your report. Unfortunately, they do not tell you this so you have to figure out down the road that even the DoorDash sales taxes are included in your total sales taxes-As in our situation, we were paying our sales taxes on the monthly basis, and DoorDash was collecting on their end as well, so we were paying double in sales taxes. It also does not count for discounts made through DoorDash-It includes total sales from DoorDash on your financial summary, regardless of any discounts given and so you’re also overstating your sales thus paying more taxes On sales, you actually did not make. The company I used to install reached out to customer support and basically said they could not do anything about it-I know it doesn’t take much to add a line item on their financial summary to simply state. This is the amount of sales tax attributed to DoorDash, but I guess that’s too hard for them even though that could cause problems for the customer down the road. I am very disappointed with this aspect of it because it seems like they really don’t care what you have to deal with because of their reports.

We transitioned to Shift4 in the middle of a month, which was very stressful. But our rep Marcus was a tremendous help - from always responding and willing to jump on a call to constantly communicating to make sure the transition was seamless. He definitely made the transition easier!
