Greg was an absolute life-saver. I'd lost roughly 11 gigabytes of images from my time in Rio from a hard drive. Greg worked tirelessly to restore the images and kept me up to date every step of the way. The problem was complex but he was able to overcome it and I am incredibly grateful for all of his hard work. It was so relieving to see all of my photos from a beautiful trip restored back on the hard drive. Thank you so much to Greg, I could not recommend him more!

My feedback is for the excellent service from Eleanora and hopefully she will still be available in the future if I need any IT assistance. A suggestion I would have is that the scheduling of appointment times be improved by the company to not place unreasonable time constraints on your technicians.
