"Be Very Wary."

My booked transport failed to arrive.

I therefore missed my flight and was told twice to send in receipts for rebooked flight and that they would reimburse me.
They now say they will not reimburse me as my timings MAY have resulted in a missed flight anyway. How they can claim this as a reason to refuse my claim when their booked vehicle didn’t turn up in the first place is risible.
I am taking them to court.

Shocking “service”
We were left stranded at 5am, waiting for an 8 seater minibus, the driver called and said he would be with us at 6 as he’d had to go back for his phone!
I paid months ago and they refunded the original cost plus the difference between that and what the last minute car parks cost for the 2 cars we had to take to the airport. Nothing for the fuel, wear and tear and the sheer stress of letting us down. They were the best price but the worst service. DO NOT USE!

"Don't recommend!"

Our flight came in late at night and was delayed, we booked the additional meet & greet however our driver was not present when we arrivied in arrivals. I called the number provided on the email which took me to the local office and they said they'd contact the driver. After calling the office again and waiting another 10 minutes (at 3am) I called the main office and was passed to a lovely employee. She informed me the driver could not be contacted and instead booked an uber for us to get home.

When booking the taxi I stated I was a wheelchair user, and as such have to wait until everyone has left the airplane for the special assistance. Also I provided the flight number and where it was coming in from so they should have been aware of the 1 hour delay.

"Avoid"

Avoid ! Rude driver he started driving off when I still had one leg out of the car. Seatbelts were not accessible in the car. Very uncomfortable experience especially as I had my young daughter and wife with me. Never use this service get an Uber.
Company refused to give me a refund as he got me to my destination. I will taking this up with my credit card company. They cannot provide a service like this.
