Driver contacted us and was waiting for us - very affable person; good driver; journey was very good.

Paid extra for the meet and greet - driver wasnt there. Kept saying he was nearby/in the airport etc but no sign of him for 40 mins (1 hour after arrival).

Absolutely awful experience wouldn't go near them again.

Just wanted to write a review about this service - they are first class - we missed a connecting flight coming into the airport and had to delay our pick up - nothing was too much trouble for them. Both the driver who picked us up and the driver who returned us to the airport were lovely - the cars were very clean and exactly what was booked - thank you - you guys you made a rather stressful event much easier - I would certainly recommend this firm.
