This says it all about them tried to book 3 jobs through them and every job was cancelled they are middle men and charge a 10/20% commission on top of what the drivers actually receive

"Disaster - do not use. Absolute rip off."
Disaster - do not use. Prebooked and prepaid but then job subbed out to someone who was half an hour late and completely hopeless. Had to get an Uber in the end. Controller rude and disinterested. Had to email my complaint and then told have to wait 5 days to see if they are going to give me my £50 back for a service never received. Don’t use!
After correspondence OTS refusing refund despite being half an hour late and therefore providing no service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SIMPLY A BOOKING SERVICE WHO PUT JOBS UP FOR TENDER AND ANY TOM, RICHARD (censors won’t allow usual abbreviation 🙄) OR HARRY CAN TAKE YOUR JOB AND THERE’S NO GUARANTEE YOUR DRIVER WILL EVEN BE LICENSED!
This company are operating out of Edinburgh Airport under ‘Airport taxi service’ - they’re not.
This appears to be a national company who arrange travel from the airport via phone and online bookings. They do not know who your driver is or have the ability to contact them if needed
On Tuesday 11th February my daughter, who suffers severe anxiety issues, arrived on a flight at Edinburgh Airport. I was due to pick her up however that was the day the Queensferry Crossing was closed.
I phoned this company and asked for a taxi to take my daughter to the Inverkeithing Park and Ride and I was quoted and paid a fare of £28.
When she got in the vehicle, (which appears to have been a private hire car?) my daughter was told by the driver that he couldn’t take her over the FRB as it was for taxis only. I specifically asked for a taxi/private hire car knowing they are allowed to use the FRB public transport bridge. The driver then took my daughter to the nearest railway station, where after some delay due to the increase passengers using the rails service while the bridge was closed, she was able to get a train to inverkeithing.
I am not getting anywhere with the company by way of refund or apology, they maintain the journey was £8 and £20 booking fee, not discussed or agreed at booking and feel I was charged a fare for a journey which wasn’t completed for any good reason.
I have reported the company to the local licensing authorities and trading standards as if the vehicle sent wasn’t a private hire car or taxi it appears to have been operating illegally.
I wish I’d read the reviews before I booked. This is no longer about the money. I now have genuine concerns over who actually picked my daughter up.

"Unclear waiting times, left for customer to figure out from opaque booking process"
The terms and conditions, are buried as part of the booking process. In fact, I got two different versions from customer service: one said it was a the top of their website and another said it was something we sign off as part of the booking process. No indication in your confirmation email that you are charged after a free 60min waiting period (from when your flight lands). This crucial piece of information is not communicated in the confirmation email, simply left to the customer to figure out when making a booking. They market themselves as professional and useful when getting your guests picked up from the airport but I would not use them for this purpose. Use uber!

Outstanding service from our driver Rakeeb. Our flight was delayed, making us 45minutes late for him but he was really cheery and told us he was just glad we were home safe. After we were travelling most of the day, his friendly attitude and attentiveness was very much appreciated. He really went above and beyond for us at all times, nothing was too much trouble like offering to help take our bags in and do a detour when we thought we might need to.
I would definitely use this service again and recommend to others.

"Taxi Thiefs!!!"
Quite literally the worst Taxi experience I have ever come across. I made a booking online for 8pm pick up at airport. I was sent e-mail confirmation & then a further text confirmation at 7.48pm stating driver was on his way. We then waited until 8.16pm where I called and was told by the operator the driver was 2 mins away. We waited a further 4 mins and still nobody turned up. I called and was immediately put on hold for a few mins by a new operator who didn’t have any information of the booking. I was now incredibly frustrated and he also talked over me, I believe he told us to walk outside whereby I then said OTS have charged me additional £5 to meet inside.. this was really annoying!!!
I hung up and ordered UBER.
I was attempting to make a new booking with UBER and the operator kept called back. Quite frankly leaving us in arrivals for almost 30 mins with a 1 yr old and a 4 yr old... was terrible.
I then had the actual pick up driver call me saying he was given 8.40pm as pick up time and that the operator always makes mistakes and that he apologised on behalf of OTS. They charged my card £61 and still have not refunded or replied formally. I have reported their company to all authorities and will every negative review possible now on this shockingly poorly run company. This company never bothered to refund or reply to me but I did get my card company to reverse their steal and report them also!!!!!!!!
