Return journey doubled in price whilst on holiday. Booked a return journey to Bristol airport £49 each way. The first leg of the journey went very well. Whilst on holiday we received an email asking for an additional £40 as they had to change driver or we could have a part refund for the return journey, but this would of left us stranded at Bristol airport at 2.30 am, so we reluctantly agreed to pay. It transpired that the substitute driver was only being paid £6 more than the original return journey of £49 (£55). We have been informed that the the driver who cancelled our return journey would have had to pay a penalty of the difference of between his fare and the new fare. We felt we have paid £40 for a change of driver that has cost this company nothing. Subsequently to submitting this review we have been contacted by OTS who explained that the charge was an error and we have been refunded £34.

For us this company was great. We had rebooked and paid for a journey from Gatwick to Victoria Station as the trains were on strike. Our airline company cancelled our flight but we kept the company well informed of this and even though there was a lot of disruption for us the driver was waiting at the airport and drove us straight to Heathrow in a lovely clean Mercedes. Personally I couldn't fault the service we had that day.

"Dangerous taxi journey from Gatwick to London"
Despite complaining on 16th June after what was nothing short of a dangerous drive from Gatwick to London (erratic driving and the driver was sleepy) and not getting a satisfactory explanation, we wrote to the directors and asked for our complaint to be escalated to Mr Shane Roach and Mr Nigel Beer, and to date 2406 we have heard nothing. We were two women on our own and had the drive not been at 0200, we would have stopped the car on the motorway and called the police. The driver concerned could not be contacted by OTS (so we are told) and should not be responsible for people's lives. I hope that even now we will get a response from the directors involved. We will NEVER travel Onward Travel Solutions again.

"Driver was late, rude and threatening"
Driver was late, called me a sl*t in his own language which he didn't think I spoke and threatened to throw me out unless i kept both my feet on the mat at all time during the journey. His windows were locked and i could not open it. I recorded all the journey on my phone. Im talking this further as i do not accept to be physically threatened by a man. Oh and I'm pregnant which i told him i was.
