Lesson learned never use their service because their driver cannot follow the customer request time as per customer booking stated to meet and greet at 2PM at arrival . They simply could not follow the request they want to follow the flight arrival time NOT AS PER BOOKING TIME !!!! and they will simply charge you for waiting because they simply came early without following the timing requested by the customer!

OTS's driver was unable to direct me to the pickup spot at Gatwick South Terminal. Although we initially communicated by text, he called me while I was walking out of the airport to tell me the pickup location - undoubtedly the most important information for the passenger to know. I had to tell him many times (speaking on the phone and also by text) that I was having difficulty hearing him due to a bad connection. I repeatedly requested that he text me this information and he refused to do so. I even texted him my precise location in the parking garage (where, as best as I could tell because it was hard to hear him, I thought he had directed me to go). He grew increasingly rude and began our last call by shouting at me. I did not feel happy or safe to ride with him after that, nor was I inclined to further trust a company that would employ such a driver. As OTS never shared his name or badge/license number with me I cannot identify this driver specifically, and so I can only recommend that passengers (especially solo female travellers) avoid this company altogether.
Luckily, I was able to get an Uber home; with Uber, I was provided with clear, precise directions to the pickup location, the fare was lower, and the driver was communicative and treated me with courtesy and respect the entire time. Meanwhile, OTS refuses to issue me a refund.
I do not often leave online reviews, but my experience with this company was so shocking that I wanted to share it here and give passengers a chance to avoid a similar negative experience. Get home safe, everybody.

We arrived in Edinburgh Airport after travelling 20 hours, M the driver greeted us with "You own me 5 quid for not being here on time".
Story: M sent a message saying “message her when we're coming out”. I messaged her when we got our bags and started to walk out of the airport. But, before we exited we decided to get some cash from the ATM and food/drinks from MNS as we had another 1.5 hours to go via car service. That took about 10min and we were supposed to come straight out.
We didn't know she'll have to pay to gather us, this is not normal at other airports. Because we weren’t didn’t come straight out, she had to exit the garage and come back around and pay again.
We were not taking our time, we just needed provisions for the drive.
One were not children, we’re paying customers and two, this is not how you greet customers first thing on arrival.
We hired the car service for a comfortable travel but now after she pressed the 5 pounds it was an uncomfortable car ride. She also said "It's in the Terms and Conditions". LOL.
M was also booked for the return but it was only my girlfriend in the car, my girlfriend said she was fine. So, maybe she was having a bad day during the first meeting. Either way, it wasn't a pleasant greeting and ride after a 20hr flight.

"Staggering awful taxi service"
Staggering awful taxi service. Driver turns up late and is already frustrated because he can't find the address. He then proceeds to pompously tell me that I should have booked a bigger taxi... I am alone with 4 suitcases. When I say that it was not my f**king job booking the taxi l.. as I had not booked it....he accuses me of swearing at him. So he abandons me 150 miles from the airport at 2am with a flight to catch. It takes a local taxi firm to effortlessly save me. It beggars belief. I am writing this in the taxi now as l still can't believe how awful this firm is and how much trouble they could have inflicted on me. Ride at your own peril or just get left on the pavement.....pah.
