"The taxi on trip to airport smelt…"

The taxi on trip to airport smelt terrible and I had paid for a meet and greet service on return. However on return the driver was not there and I ended up having to find him !! Will never use company again!

Great service.

Booked a taxi to and from Bristol airport. Came on time, in fact came a few moments earlier.

When coming home they rang me to say they were 5 mins away.

Would defo use them again :)

Cancelled taxi whilst on the plane plane only delayed by 1hr 30mins most companies allow for this as they keep an eye on arrivals never will use these again stay away cost us lots of money extra to get home poor service

"Driver did not wait!"

Our pick up went superbly and the driver was lovely and got us to Gatwick in good time. On our way back from Cyprus our flight was delayed by one hour. We did not have a mobile number to inform the driver and thought that he would be able to find out. Unfortunately upon landing we were told that Ali our driver could not wait for us as he had another pick up to do. My husband said that he should get another driver to do the next job. Instead Ali got another driver to pick us up and we had to wait for another hour. We had two children travelling with us and from landing at 1.30am we got picked up at 4am. The customer service agents are really helpful and upon investigating they blamed the train strikes and offered us £15 compensation. We had paid over £200 for the transfers.

Good service, although the pick and greet did not materialise as the taxi arrived late. Late arrival of the plane did not hep either
