"Next to useless"
This is the most dreadfully unresponsive and incompetent organisation I have ever encountered. Total lack of respect for the ongoing condition of the building and total failure to swiftly and properly liaise with their equally incompetent "management" company (Centrick) to address the requests of tenants regarding maintenance matters to be addressed. One star is too many.
Edit: as an example of their level of care, please see their reply below, in which they give their email address as "cuatomercareATsevencapialDOTcom". Says it all. I am sure they employ staff who have only the most meagre of educations.
Prospective buyers beware. This company does not care about maintaining the condition of the building you are thinking of investing in. Tenant turnover will be high, costing you a fortune.

Kevin knew what was the problem straight away and sorted my patio door in a couple or minutes and even reattached one of my down light covers which has come off.

"Queries regarding decorating"
I contacted Seven Capital this afternoon with a couple of queries regarding wall and ceiling paint colour and to ask a question about the flooring. I spoke to the receptionist initially who was very thorough and she passed on my questions to the Aftercare team. I had an immediate response via email from Emma Loth. I then emailed her with more questions and she responded straight away. So helpful and informative. Very impressive indeed.

last Friday 06.05.2022 an appointment was finally made to have my toilet looked at and repaired.
I say finally because it took a bit of effort between John at the repair company, Emma Loth at "SevenCapital" and myself as I could not always be there for access but we finally got there.
The engineer that called (bang on time which was great for me) quickly sussed the problem and happily explained the issue in layman's terms to me.
within 30mins the issue was resolved and the engineer cleaned up behind himself (very tidy).
The toilet is now working and flushing better than it ever has since I took over occupancy last year !!
A very big thank you to john from the contractors and the engineer he sent and Emma loth who without her skills and input I would have been very stuck.
