Very professional and very good at what these solicitors do. I'm very pleased with the service they provided and certainly knew they're stuff. Always responded to my queries very quickly and was very friendly and very helpful. I really recommend Direction Law.

"Fantastic and quick results polite…"
Fantastic and quick results polite staff and reasonable price. Their shared ownership solicitors really help me through the process. Only downside for me is that it wasn’t fully online for the documents and we didn’t get to meet our solicitor in person. But when we did talk they were very helpful and reassuring. Jessica, Grace, Lyndsey and Kaitlyn really were brilliant help and honestly the best customer service I have received so and extra special thank you to them!

"Direction Law show the way for conveyancing"
The team at Direction Law delivered a great service in providing the conveyancing for our house purchase. They provided an easy to use and secure platform app (Thirdfort) to upload and handle our personal ID and sensitive documentation data. They kept us informed at each stage of the process and were very responsive in providing status updates when required. Our account handler Maisie was amazing.

"Great Service"
From the initial phone call I felt very at ease with the process undertaken by Direction Law. I especially liked and appreciated the text confirmation service; this really helped me as I have not been through this process before. All communication was speedy so I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much for all your help.

"Neutral"
Neutral. Not great, but not bad either. Compared to some solicitors, these guys were decent. I used them for the purchase of shared ownership property. I had to chase them on several occasions for information and most of the time I would eventually hear back.
One knock against them is that the solicitor couldn't tell me what the rules of my lease would be with the new ground rent legislation. The amount is negligible, but the solicitor should still know this information.

"Absolutely horrific."
Where to start?! I’ve worked with many conveyancers and countless house purchase transactions and I’ve never known anything like this. (And I’ve seen some real shockers).
I’m trying to sell my house and I am losing all faith my transaction is being handled appropriately at all.
My case handlers are shockingly bad at communicating with me or the 3rd party solicitors involved.
They failed to inform me of very basic enquiries that had been raised that I could have provided answers to, MONTHS ago which is just frankly unacceptable.
I am getting first hand information and evidence from other parties that conflicts with what my team are telling me. I shouldn’t have to chase other parties because my case handlers think it’s acceptable to send a quick vague email with the same info on it over and over again, instead of actually picking up the phone to clarify matters.
They don’t seem to have a clue and are just providing vague updates and zero timeframes.
Absolutely no urgency despite stressing daily that I’m going round in circles and I’m going to lose my onward purchase.
I wouldn’t ever use Direction Law again.

"Overall we felt very disappointed with…"
Overall we felt very disappointed with the service given by Direction Law. We were always told that we would be kept up to date on progress, yet when we hadn’t heard anything for weeks we chased and ended up getting an update. This happened multiple times.
We also felt the length of time it took to complete was unacceptable. Just shy of a year from start to finish. On average, it should take half that.

"Misdirection Law"
Direction Law, the firm that demonstrates zero direction other than standing still. Time-wasters that I can only assume pull the stunts that they do to waste time to catch up on their backlog.
They’re serial liars, claim they haven’t received conveyancing contract just before agreeing a completion date, but has very ‘pathetically slowly’ completed searches, surveys and indemnity in the process. Contracts were sent recorded and shown as received correctly. Subsequently they also demonstrated possession of other documents that were sent along with said contract. When exchanging contracts they made got the price stated incorrectly both numerically and in words but insisted it was OK to sign, i.e. £300 as opposed to £300,000. They make cowboys not look like cowboys and it is beyond belief that Misdirection Law still practice.
Honestly if you want to gamble with your house transaction and want a rollercoaster of adventure in your conveyance procedure, only then use Misdirection Law!
