Every stage of interaction was long winded, confusing and difficult to get a clear response on any sort of query.

As a first time buyer of a home, it was incredibly disheartening and made what is supposed to be an exciting time the opposite.

You can never get through on the phone to your appointed contact and email responses take 2 days at best for a response.

On one instance, I called twice and couldn’t get through and then received an email seconds after the voicemail I left, not sure why the contact we were given couldn’t just pick up the phone or at least call back…

The best interaction we had was towards the end which was nice and clear on next steps as that involved paying their fees.

Expect to pay for post 3-4 times on top of your fees too 👍🏻

Shannon was my solicitor and she was brilliant! Very fast in responding to my emails and I understood everything she explained to me. Will definitely consider using Direction Law again.
