I was pleased with the service I got from Direction Law. There were many people assigned to my file so I felt like things would move quickly. However I didn't really know what was happening and when things would happen so often felt in the dark about the whole buying process.
I would suggest using an app with a timeline which turns green, or gets ticked once that stage of the property buying process is complete. This would have saved me from my many emails asking what was happening and what was next. And really would have helped my anxiety.
Overall I would recommend this company to others.
