The whole team has helped and guided me through out the process of buying my new home. Before this property I reserved for another one where developer refused to return my reservation amount because I have withdrawn my offer before exchange. Sharon helped me to recover it by sharing the Govt. circular. HTB refused their contribution because I was separated and my partner owned a property. Again Sharon and Emma communicated with HTB and helped me to avail the equity loan.

Overall, great value for money, only downside as opposed to keeping things relatively on time was lack of updates, at the same time I’m very impatient, though that may be subjective to the patience of others.
