My solicitor James Rattigan was fantastic. I had approached direction Law and James after hearing positive reviews from people I know.
The whole process took around 6 weeks. We were told from putting the offer in on the house that it would need to be completed by a certain date because of the vendors chain. This was a difficult expectation but James went above and beyond to ensure that we would be completed by this date.
James offered excellent service and was always at the end of the phone or speedy replies via email if there were any issues that I needed advice on.
