I recently had an issue with Palm Flight regarding a refund. Danish reached out to me and assured me that my £100 refund would be processed promptly. I appreciate his communication and willingness to resolve the matter. It's great to see Danish valuing customer feedback, keeping to his word and refunding my £100 back. I am looking forward to seeing how Palm flights continue to improve their services.

Danish was able to get me seats on the flights, but he was not able to reserve the seats for a reasonably acceptable price within the agreed budget without changing the dates.

I was a bit disappointed with the numerous date changes!
