I have a very good experience with Maria, she had a lot of patience with me, I really find difficult to understand sometimes Maria was very polite when i was unpacience, only i need to say thanks you.

I had very bad experience with on of their called Maria who was absolutely rude to me. Apart from not being clear with English language she gets agitated and roars on you. Very insulting for a customer service agent. Very very cocky and rude. I hope she did to me does not happen to anyone after messing up my travel plans.

However, her colleague Anna whom I complained to, took over to cool me down and made things much better.
