Ma commande a été effectuée le 14.04.24. Nous sommes actuellement le 23.06.24 et la commande n'a toujours pas été honorée. Aucun envoi, aucun message de la part du magasin. Je suis obligé de les contacter pour savoir pourquoi l'envoi n'a pas lieu et ils me répondent qu'un produit est en cours d'arrivage en stock depuis tous ces mois.
Un conseil, fuyez impérativement ce magasin qui n'est pas sérieux du tout.

Eficacia y rapidez... calidaz en el producto. Asesoramiento inmediato... es una muy buena tienda de música on line.... e imagino que en su tienda física aún serán si cabe más cercanos y resolutivos. El pedido lo recibí al día siguiente de haberlo hecho. Gracias

"Servicio lento"

Hace 5 días realicé un pedido online y sigue "en preparación" pendiente de envío. Les envío mail para saber en qué plazo tienen pensado enviar el pedido y no recibo contestación. No sirve de nada tener buenos precios y una web amplia con infinidad de productos para instrumentos de viento si después el servicio es muy poco ágil y no facilitan nada de información. Hoy en día es prioritario un servicio rápido y eficiente. No recomiendo la compra vía web.

Ho effettuato l'ordine e non mi è stato comunicato la data di spedizione presunta. Dopo circa 10 giorni ho chiesto notizie all'assistenza la quale, trascorsa circa una settimana dalla mia richiesta, mi ha comunicato che non avevano in magazzino quanto da me ordinato e pagato e che "prevedevano" di averlo disponibile non prima di quasi due mesi e mezzo dalla data del mio ordine.
Sebbene nei giorni scorsi ho chiesto l'annullamento dell'ordine con conseguente rimborso ancora oggi l'ordine risulta in preparazione e del rimborso non ho notizie.
Insomma vendita poco trasparente e servizio di assistenza latitante.

I made a transfer for a Selmer Supreme tenor saxophone 20.07.2023,to this day the commitment has not been fulfilled,they keep writing backthat they will send the instrument in "next week ,if everything works out". According to them the problem lies with the manufacturer ,which is not true. They easily credit their business at the expense of the customer.do not recommend the store to anyone.
I previously bought some accessories from them .
Now I am disgusted.

El martes fui a la tienda,pregunto por una trompeta para empezar en una banda y me dijeron que venía el jueves,el jueves estuvimos esperando todo el dia y no llamaron y el viernes tampoco la trompeta específicamente una j.michael tr200 no recomiendo para nada comprar aquí y encima son muy caros porque está misma trompeta te puede salir mucho más barata en otro sitio

Would be a 0 if I could. The feedback of 25% as one star is not an accident! I ordered and paid for a mouthpiece in February and after load of emails saying it’s nearly ready, shipping issues, supply issues etc still 2 months later nothing. They are offering to sell stuff they dont have in stock……just had a look on their website and the mouthpiece is still available to buy, nothing saying its not in stock and some other poor person is going to sit and have to wait like me and then get a refund. How much money do they have sitting in their bank account accruing interest knowing they can’t deliver the product? Don’t trust them one inch…


They have replied to say they take on board my issues with their company and still they have the mouthpiece advertised on their website and saying ‘in stock’. Don’t buy here. They do not listen. Fast talking bulls**t.

Steer clear .Go somewhere else. Avoid the hassle and don’t believe a word they say.
