So the update is that first i bought an item 2 weeks ago.
I was given a tracking number which is not working.

A few days later i asked LAMUSA INSTRUMENTOS what is happening . They said they will be in contact with SEUR (shiping company )and let me know.

4 days later i never got an answer . So i thought of asking the shipping company myself. I managed to get an easy answer( response within 24 hours). They said my item is damaged.

Until today i have no clear information from LAMUSA INSTRUMENTOS. They are also not answering their phone when i call them also . I never used LAMUSA INSTRUMENTOS before, this is my first time and i strongly do not recommend to anyone preferring it in comparison to THOMAN just because LAMUSA is cheaper. I do not think the way LAMUSA does busines is clear and safe, and they certainly make me feel bad about being their customer.

They should for example be in a total hurry to let me know about getting a refund. Or about how can i actually get what i bought and when.

"Estan dandome largas"

Me enviaron una boquilla pop kustom de saxo alto en vez de tenor, me puse en contacto para ver como solventar el problema. Pese a que he intentado tener paciencia, les he dicho que me urge, que me la envien cuanto antes y quedaron en que viernes o sabado, me pasarian el envio de la boquilla asi como las instrucciones de como devolver la que me enviaron mal y la etiqueta de devolucion. El sabado se los recuerdo, me contestan que ese mismo dia me mandarian el envio de la boquilla y el lunes, las instrucciones para hacer devolucion de la otra. Total, que sigo igual, siguen sin enviarme la boquilla y no hacen sino dar largas. Todo el rato me ha respondido un tal Tony. Ya esta bien de tomarme el pelo.

El 16 de octubre me dicen despues de tabtos dias que no la tienen en color rojo, se supone que todo lo que venden tiene en stock, y ne dan la opcion de elegir otro volor, la elijo en azul.Hacen un registro en correos para enviarmenla boquilla, pasaron monton de dias y siempre ponia pendiente de deposito en correos, me quejo y el tal Tony me manda un correíto que no le da la gana de enviar la boquilla, que le envie yo la que ellos enviaron mal y que me devuelve el dinero. No es la primera vez que conocemos de otras personas que tratan asi a los clientes. Esperando sigo que envien la boquilla correcta y la etiqueta que deben enviar para la devolucion de la que enviaron mal. Por supuesto, he denunciado en consumo ya que no han solventado nada y encima, van de manera chulesca por la vida con los clientes que ya lo que faltaba, es no poder quejarnos.

Response was very slow - particularly on WhatsApp.
Also, price quoted for shipping when the enquiry was made was not honoured as the price in the online purchasing was different. Instead of just an apology at least a small discount code could have been given.

Regarding your reply - yes, you told me about the rates shown on the payment page - however, this was after you had already given me a price for the shipping which I feel you should have honoured. You made an offer - I accepted - then you charged a different amount on your web ordering page!

Regarding your last last reply please check the WhatsApp messages. I asked for a prior and you stated 5 euro for transport. That was your offer and I accepted!

Before that we had a WhatsApp conversation where I asked the price of the mouthpiece and the shipping cost and you expressly stated the price of 5 Euro for shipping!!
