I was confused by the instructions on an Iron test so called and they were really helpful. I am going to do another test after taking a supplement to see if it is working. Thank you

My one feedback would be to add some more instructions around preparation for taking the test - particularly around hydration. There is an instruction to take a glass of water 30mins before the test - but I think much more is needed - even several days of very good hydration - and was notified of this by customer services.

I have done one test and found that I was not hydrated enough and that it was difficult to collect a sample.

Website is good, but the session time should be extended - once logged out, all the details have to be entered again - I had to do this 3 times !
