I recently used the weight maintenance DNA test from MyHealthChecked and found the results and report really interesting and useful. The test was easy to use and post back and I was kept informed of its progress by email and notified when my results and recommendations were ready for me to view. I’ve been applying the recommendations for my particular DNA profile for around five days now - eg. by including specific recommended foods and not eating dinner too late - and I’ve dropped 2kg … in less than a week!!! It’s come off a little bit every day. I thought my scales were broken at first. Prior to this I’d been eating a healthy balanced diet, counting calories, and exercising 4x week but could not get the scales to budge! I’m so pleased with these results. All it took was a few tweaks to the diet and lifestyle changes I’d already made and I’m finally getting the results I wanted.
