There were no strings attached, no hidden fees. I only wish there had been a way to contact the company, check on the status of the refund, or get any kind of feedback regarding what was happening. All you get is an email that they received the request. It took longer than a week, and I was beginning to worry. In the end, though, I got my refund which was all that mattered.
