Tony and his team are great. Really proactively helpful, efficient service. Parcelhub are really engaged with us, as a business, and we see them as a pivotal partner.

"Promise things they can't keep, very frustrating and kept stringing us along"

Really poor, this company approached us last year, kept us hanging with various excuses, why they couldn't implement straight away, only last week they said collections weren't an issue, then radio silence. After following up they have said they can't actually manage collections, we've wasted 3 months where we could have gone with a different provider.
From our experience we wouldn't trust parcelhub again, shockingbusiness practice, maybe we've actually been lucky as if their actual delivery is as poor as their managment then we've possibly dodged a bullet

Bloody awful. Seriously, are there ANY courier / postage related companies in the UK that aren't a completely incompetent, useless, rude, time-wasting, waste of money? Cos this lot are yet another one. Life's hard enough without companies not being able to do their job

I received a parcel yesterday ordered from Blisswood for me by citizens advice and the delivery driver was rude telling next time he will not carry the package up to my flat which just spells laziness to me, it’s your duty to deliver my package to my flat and I don’t see why a grown up man should be whining about carrying a package, you have the physical strength for that, won’t be surprised if they deny me based on some reviews I have read.

2023年6月27至今天2023年7月3日，我的包裹没有收到。 而且前几天送货员说今天可以送到我手里，结果今天等到现在依然没收到包裹。 然后联系上该公司高层manager致电也向我保证说今天一定会送到；结果还是没有，改为明日才送到。 然后信息manager和致电，不回复也不接电话。 这是该公司的效率和信誉吗？附有照片对话记录。

Ordered item from Amazon; tracking number for Parcelhub not recognised on website; no information to advise me who is actually delivering item. Rubbish - will not order anything again which involves Parcelhub. Have contacted seller - Art Shop in Skipton for clarification and no response from them! Hopeless.
