Started the booking journey about 3 month prior to my mum and sister trip. Both my mum and sister had international passports, however AI Madinah Travels assured me they could travels from the USA. Provided insurance, via and all essential documents well ahead of travel. The hotels did change twice however, Ashir always sent hotels and alright in front of the Kabba with a beautiful view. Overall I will be booking all my parents and family members Umrah and Hajj trips through AI Madinah Travels inn-shaa-Allah. Ashir was extremely helpful and detailed and I will continue to use him!! I & my wife traveled in their January group, we booked Umrah through brother usama even though we did take quotations from other companies but their quote was very reasonable and they helped us get the Umrah visa as well.
