Excellent support chat experience. Very thorough and efficient. Got all my information and forwarded it on. I work at a Help Desk myself (Senior level), so I always appreciate a good help desk experience. Plus, I know what a tough job this is. Keep up the good work. I'm bummed that the seal on my immersion blender leaked, but after this chat, I left with a good feeling about Koios.
