Had my 4th holiday with them in October and have just booked for next June excellent value nearly everything included in the price great tour managers and the office staff very helpful with any queries and when making a booking

"Needs tweaking"

Overall I enjoyed the Greece trip although the thermal spa was a waste of time only 5 out of 30 (including tour manager) went in the spa Hotels very only ok although I see 2 are changed for next year at a cost of £750 from this year’s price. Tour Manager Robert was ok. Trip to vineyard was not as it said on the itinerary so disappointing. One man on the trip that’s not acceptable for the one man should be told at final invoice that happened in Morocco last year too!! Distance from hotel to restaurants evening some were telling far for less able walkers. I wouldn’t recommend this trip as it is now too expensive!

"A caring solos company"

My first Solo Traveller experience. Probably a more caring company than most aimed at what seemed very mature (mostly ladies) solo travellers who like to be taken care of. But probably not my tribe at the moment.
I liked the small size of the group, and the exclusive use/hire of the small cruise ship. Would like a bit more luxury and less ‘penny pinching’ at an already high priced holiday. Not so impressed with the headline brochure marketing of 5* hotels when tours are mostly 4* with the odd night at a low level 5* hotel, and marketing of ‘exclusive single room occupancy’ where most good hotels you book the room per night anyway. Good tour guide day time attractions/visits, and very amiable and competent tour leader.

Our leader Jill Kogler. Two local guides were very good one who was past his sell by date not so good but a really nice man. The variety of activities we were offered. Two very good hotels the one in Vienna not so good. Rather old.

"Excellent itinerary and organisation"

Excellent itinerary and organisation. Tour manager could not have been better.
It was a very busy tour with lots of early starts and a lot more walking than indicated in the brochure. It needed a lot of stamina or a certain level of fitness, which I don't think came across in the brochure. We moved hotels quite a few times, so perhaps regular travellers would have taken the early starts for granted - to me, they were a shock!
