"The Baltic States holiday, August 2024"

In dealing with the company by telephone, I find the staff most courteous, friendly and helpful. I have never felt dissatisfied in these dealings.
The holiday itself was extremely enjoyable. The itinerary had been thoughtfully put together, to include a wide variety of
activities and experiences. The tour manager was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The locations and the hotels were excellent. I would highly recommend this holiday.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. It was well organised with interesting trips and our hotel was excellent.
Our Tour Manager, Jana, was very special; organising us with minimum fuss and always entertaining. I can’t praise her enough.

"Croatia holiday"

I chose number 4 because of Glen mainly who was helpful, got involved with everyone and always there to answer questions. he was very mindful of me as I am a slow walker and have a pacemaker. the hotel was superb with a beautiful aroma on entry to reception. Staff were attentive and helpful and our waitress, Lovely, was as her name suggests, Lovely. Good selection at the buffets. The meals and some of the venues outside of the hotel were not so good except for the first one on arrival which was superb. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal as getting to the coach was at least a 5 minute walk away which after a day of walking was a bit arduous. The coach driver was unwelcoming, and at times even rude telling us to hurry up, sit down, don't drop crumbs on the seats etc and one time even driving off before Glen had time to count us all and realise that a couple wasn't on the coach...I think most of us felt that the driver made us feel uncomfortable. It was disappointing that there was nowhere to 'paddle' in the sea as there was no access to a beach. However, the views were stunning and the tours very interesting and well organised.

Once again I have to write after receiving a long letter apologising for my poor vegetarian food and lack of concern
But no financial reimbursement
Sadly the courier lied to me about the situation in Venice that there were too many steps and impossible for me to walk
I gave since visited Venice myself independently and found that it has been completely transformed with disabled ramps that make even the most poorly traveller an opportunity to visit that beautiful city
All I had was rather pathetic apologies but no remuneration and huge disappointment at not visiting that fabulous city

First time with One Traveller but it won't be my last.
Great itinerary and fantastic tour manager in Serena.
Good hotels and, with one exception, great and varied meals.
Would certainly recommend this trip.

Right from the time of booking, One Traveller ensures that the holiday is completely stress free and keeps you fully informed of any amendments to the itinerary etc.
This was my first cruise and my first holiday with One Traveller and I was very impressed with our courier Lisa who ensured that each member of our group was fully included whilst at the same time giving space to those who wanted to do things on their own.
The cruise around the British Isles was a dream come true as I have always wanted to see the coastline and visit the Orkneys and Hebrides and it was great to do this as part of a group where there was always someone you could talk to, dine with or just have a cup of coffee both on board or on shore.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend One Traveller to anyone thinking about taking a holiday on their own.
