100% Honest and trustworthy. Our dog does not like to be alone and is a very picky eater. Joy and her team went above and beyond to make sure he was okay.
We regularly received updates, pics as well as videos and they cooked him chicken and carrots when he did not want to eat anything else.
When he was delivered to us after we’d completed our quarantine, we could tell that he was really well looked after.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and in particular, Joy. I worked for over a year to get my dog transported first from Cambodia to Fiji, and then to the US after the pandemic broke out. Joy was there every step of the way. It's scary handing your dog over to strangers on the other side of the globe, but Joy was responsive, communicative, sent me lots of photos and was just great all around. Highly recommended!
