Do not use this company is a scam!!!
Us and several others stranded with no way home as no keys and car has not moved!
My husband is due to leave for work my kids need to go to school and we have no transport.

The amount of times the phone was put down on us yesterday is unacceptable. I have phoned this morning and again no one knows anything!

After a long journey for the children we waited for you for 4 hours then had to travel nearly 8 hours to get home.

We asked for you to accommodate us or help with taxi and you done nothing and was told make your own way home find spare key and collect.
Now have to find a way to get back to airport and security said will cost £450 to get out

"Scam meet and greet parking company"

I used this company when travelling from Gatwick South Terminal on 14/6/22 and returning on 15/6/22. Meet and greet pick-up was fine - no problems. Returning was awful. I'd phoned as instructed when I passed through baggage reclaim, but had to wait 1 hour and 25 mins for my car to be returned. I phoned numerous times and either was told, car will arrive in a few minutes, or the operator hung up on me (3 times) or didn't answer, or on the last time I phoned, after I threatened to contact the police, stopped talking to me but left the line open. Disgusting and appalling behaviour. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!

"Appalling service out of Gatwick"

Appalling service out of Gatwick. These guys present themselves as an official Gatwick service but they’re absolute crooks and Gatwick have confirmed they are nothing to do with them. Lied to us about basically everything, left us waiting 3 hours for our car in the freezing car park at 2am with our baby. We’re incredibly rude then just stopped answering calls and eventually switched their phones off. This really feels like a scam.

"Appalling service"

We arrived back to Gatwick earlier than expected. Immediately phoned Skylink and were told our car would be with us in 40 minutes. It took 115 minutes for the car to arrive despite 5 phone calls to the Skylink number. We were told the car was on its way. This was not true. The drivers were embarrassed by our situation but could not help us. We will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone.

I have already left a review stating how poor this company is but to add to this I have now received a £60 fine for my car being left at a Shell petrol station whilst I was on holiday.
I have emailed them but still no reply.

Absolutely awful - DO NOT USE.

Terrible communication, we waited over an hour and a half for our car, despite having called as instructed 30 mins before we arrive as then a subsequent 5 times after that. Every time we were told ‘it’s 2 minutes away’ which was just a blatant lie.

When it finally arrived it was in the wrong terminal! Disgraceful service and terrible all round, do not use

Waited 3 hours. Each time told it'll be 30 minutes.

They parked our car in the wrong terminal. We then travelled to our car only find they hadn't waited and left our keys on the bonnet of the car in full view.

The constantly either don't answer or hand up on you. We were with 4 other randomers waiting for our car...all by this trash company.

1 star doesn't do this justice. Never use these people ever

At drop of they said you need to call us 40 minutes before I phoned them and no one answered the phone , they kept me waiting 30 hour and I was gonna loading my flight that pal came over and took the key . They are letting you that take your car to somewhere else and should bringing it back to you for pick up . Apparently their garage is 100 miles away as it’s nearly an hour I am waiting to get my car back . This is the question? Are these guys allowed ti drive your car to somewhere else . If you live is Scotland and you walk back home you will get there earlier. DONT NEVER EVET NEVER EVER GONNA TFY THIS COMPANY . guys Please read these reviews and don’t waste your calm and money .

I don't even want to give one star. I waited 4 hours to get my car back. We booked 2 cars in one came within 2 hours (so efficient - NOT!!!!!!) and they were home before I even got my car back. No apologies just fed a lot if lies.
