Having had to cancel my drop off due to traffic delays, they were able to meet me with 15 minutes notice, at a busy time, allowing me to (just) make my flight. Handover took a matter of seconds,right in front of T4 departures.

This time I gave the problem over to Skylink and they were brilliant. We were helped to the check in desk and on our return the car arrived within five minutes of us clearing the arrival hall. No it didn't cost the earth - in fact it was less than the usual hassle included parking I pay for!
