"Avoid like the plague"

Avoid like the plague, awful company with woeful service.
On return to T5 we had to wait 2 1/4 hours for car to be returned. I had to call 10 times to ascertain where my car was. Twice they put the phone down on me, all other occasions my car was "10 minutes away"
Car had been used in my absence to the tune of 1/2 tank fuel. Wires and cigarette ash left in my car. The driver who eventually returned my car couldn't speak English and scuttled off at pace as soon as he could.
Do not use this bunch of cowboys

"Not COVID secure, RUDE and late, DO NOT USE"

UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Waited 45 minutes on arrival despite calling in advance. Upon landing we called the office and then waited an hour and a half for the car to arrive, despite several calls where the person at the end of the line consistently lied about how long the car would be. When the car finally arrived the driver wasn't wearing a mask, was incredibly rude and more or less offered my husband a fight when my husband asked him where he had been and what had taken so long. We had agreed with the office that they would cover the price of the car park ticket but the driver was so rude and refused to pay it, told my husband to F off and walked off. Do not use, not covid secure and incredibly rude.

"WARNING! Worst Meet & Greet Service"

WARNING! DO NOT USE. After waiting nearly an hour for our car to be collected, having had to make several calls to find out what was happening. Our car was eventually collected by a very unprofessional, scruffy young man who informed us that he had only just been contacted to pick it up. On our return to Heathrow, when I called them it was alleged that we had put the wrong collection time on our booking
( which I totally disagreed with ) The receipt which the company send does not state booking times. The man on the phone was very rude and demanded an additional £15 on collection of our vehicle. When we arrived to collect our car we were asked again to pay an additional £15. I called the office and was received by the same very rude man who threatened to take the money off my card if I did not pay. He would not listen to any reason and when I suggested that he should check flight times arrivals to avoid these type of errors he stated that it was not his job to do that. Our car was covered in bird poo and we had to pay an additional £5 for the parking on arrival & departure. This experience has put us off using Meet & greet service in the future.

"Rude drivers."

Previously known as ParkAir, SkyLink are a company I will never use again.
Heathrow T2 meet & greet requires you to go to Short Term parking level 4. Their instructions for this aren't clear. I ended up stuck on levels 1-3 so had to go back out and retry (costing £4.80).
You also pay £4.80 to get out when you pick up the car.
The driver who met me was extremely rude. When I suggested they improve their instructions he kept shouting "no one made you use us" over & over. Correct, and I won't ever again.
Driver also refused to show me ID to prove he worked for SkyLink.
Next time, I'll look for a genuine valet parking company that can meet us at departures.

"DECEITFUL!"

We didn't arrive back to the UK at our scheduled time. However as per instructions, called Skylink in order to receive delivery of our car. After a discussion re our non-scheduled time of arrival, I was asked to expect a call back to arrange delivery. After a while of not receiving a call, I called again. After not getting through I sent a text asking for my call to be returned. I received a call shortly after, the name escapes me, but the lady described herself as the administrator. She explained that due to not returning at the expected time, my car keys had been thrown into a pouch, and they were now not sure which pouch it was in, so they would collect us from the terminal drop off point, take us home, and deliver the car to us the next day. It was a little disappointing but I understood that these things sometimes happen. However the bonus for us was that I had my master keys, so I said, not a problem I have another set of keys, so we are able to drive ourselves home. The lady said, Oh' have you? I will let them know they have only just left. (Not sure what that meant).
About 10mins later I received a call from Shakib, he explained that he had just arrived on shift, he said he wasn’t sure as to what I had been told, but; the administrator paniced, my keys were not mislaid, in fact they claimed not to be sure what had happened to my car! It had scratches on it, They believe that one of the drivers buttons may have scratched the door?? and they were going to repair it and get it back to me that day. I can only assume they had hoped we were not retuning at all that day. Would I have been told what had happened to my car, had I not had a spare set of keys with me? A web of deceit ensued, at one time my car was with the repairer and the next it was on its way to the repairer … we were given a car to get ourselves home and my car was delivered late that evening.

Honesty is key.
I now ask the question … were they not insured? If they were, why did they feel the need to fabricate a story, why not just explain outright what had happened and what they were prepared to do.
