I strongly advise against doing business with them. They charged my account and suspended it on the same day, citing the need for additional screening information. I promptly provided the requested details, only to receive the same automated email twice with no real response. Later that same week, they charged my account again—only to suspend it once more. Now, I’m locked out, unable to access any of their products despite having been charged twice, and still waiting for customer support to (hopefully) refund my money. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

"Worst User Interface on the Planet. "
The user interface is the worst in the world. I have been using them for a couple of years, I even participated in a focus session to tell them how bad their UI was - Alas, nothing has changed. So hard to navigate. Though in general I have had good luck with their customer service.

"Trying to delete my Authy account"
Trying to delete my Authy account, but Twilio are hopeless when it comes to doing this.
I won't be funding this hopeless company thats for certain since can't delete personal data and when you do ask they make it nigh-on impossible.
How about making it so I have to maybe use a verification code instead of asking for info I have no hope of remebering?
Wont be paying for any of this company's services, there's far more competent companies out there!

I'm making an app. I needs to verify phone numbers. Trying to get verified by these imps is impossible. I gave them all my LLC information, docs, you name it. Nah, denied. I asked why. While waiting for an answer I just closed the account and am waiting on a refund of the funds I put in. Garbage company with garbage documentation.

They are totally scam. They suspended my account right after getting the payment of $20. What they say was they restricted the account to avoid fraud. Who is doing fraud here ?. Now I'm going to ask for refund and see it they refund or not?. Why don't you suspend the accounts before getting the payment?. If you refund/ activate my account then I may change the feedback

Terrible service, they took my personal information and then suspended my account for no apparent reason.
It took weeks to get my account verified, and as soon as it was, they suspended it without providing any explanation. Absolutely awful service, avoid at all costs.

This company had no helpful customer service, would not get on the line with us to fix our issue were running into. Its super disappointing the headache we've been going through to try to get an SMS feature connected to the website. We've gotten NO WHERE for over 4 months with various elements & expert web devs trying to use Twilio.

Been receiving atrocious amounts of possible scam calls from numbers you issue to nuisance calls. Ignoring all uk regulations on tps registered numbers and ignoring uk law. If anything you should be held responsible.
Where is your due diligence in issuing numbers to people and companies.
