I am a developer and over many years I have worked with many companies of this type. And in my life I have never had such a bad experience with a company. The service did not work, I opened incidents to help me solve the problem and I did not receive a response or it took me 3 days to respond or they closed the incident without answering. I am requesting my money back for 3 months and I have not been able to get the money paid out.

I was asked by my IT provider to create an account with Twilio so they can integrate it into my epos system for marketing purposes. I created the account ok however, this was easiest part. Then I had none stop email from their compliance team asking different things each time so after about 20 ema8ls and wanting different thing each time I had enough of the whole system and ask them to close my account before even opening it properly. They make it impossible for businesses to use their product I am sure this company will go under very soon.
Don’t wast your time with them and look elsewhere for a new provider.

i saw there ads on sendgrid and i create an account and verify my phone and my email after that they said account suspended.
i should scan or do something for them...
i did regret the time that spend with them

These are one the worst free mobile number companies just because you need you insert your number, thus you can't even make numbers UNTIL you verify your number, thus bad service.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! They over charge you for no reason. i put $100 and they charged me for $84 and i have no idea why they would do that. i DIDNT BUY ANYTHING, I DIDNT EVEN SEND OUT A MESSAGE. I WAS STILL JUST WOKRING ON MY CAMPGIN. i HAVE HAD THEM TRY TO CHARGE ME $13 OR $15 OUT OF NOWHERE WHEN MY BALANCE IS FULL. I DONT UNDERSTAMD BUT THEY CHARGE YOU INCORRECTLY. AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A MASSIVE HEADAHCE BECAUSE THEY TRY TO LITERALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. When i was sending out messages they would charge me $hundresd of dollars that do NOT ADD UP! They are the worst! i know for sure they have scammed me out of $500

These guys are unprofessional! Worse support team! Nobody is there to help you!
Their service is a catastrophe! Please, never use Twilio or you will end up wasting your time with these clowns! I strongly recommend you to do some research and find another competitor or build your own solution if it is possible of course!
Now, we requested a refund and we are waiting for it!

"SendGrid/Twilio gone BAD!+"
SendGrid used to be good at delivering emails. Now their IPs are ridiculed. You tell them about the bounces, and they got the cheek to respond and tell you how you can improve. When you persist that it is nothing wrong with your emails but their bad IPs. They give you the tone that this is what you can expect unless you pay near to $100 a month for their dedicated clean IPs. They just do not take any responsibility and got generic responses ready to excuse you. They do not try to reassign you good IPs they send you a sweet message tailored to say pay $100 a month or put up and shut up about it. I left them moved to Pepipost.com I had similar issues with them. However, after contacting them a few times, they finally moved me to IPs that are delivering all my emails. Shame on you SendGrid you need to resolve your email delivery with Yahoo and take responsibility for your poor deliver rates.

"Just awful customer service"
Just awful customer service. I had a simple request to be able to send a custom code via SMS as per their documentation. I email their customer services. A few days later I get a response saying they will need to enable that service. Then over a week later (after many more from me chasing them up) and I receive a response stating that the service is now activated..... It wasn't.
I honestly think at this point I will be left with no choice to use a different service as the company I work for ( a multi-billion $ firm (this is not a flex, this is to highlight that they couldn't care less how much money you could be spending with them)) wont want to wait any longer.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience croyant en envoyant les informations de ma société et montrer ma bonne foi réactivera mon compte chez malgré que toutes les informations je leurs ai envoyé était exactes ce qui me laisse penser qu'ils ont un problème avec ma nationalité
ils avait aucune raison de suspendre mon compte
