The seat base off the chair has come bent. The chair dips off to one side and I believe this is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund or an exchange for one where the frame isn’t bent.

I bought a laptop from SMG and I'm very satisfied with the experience. I got a voucher that knock out 10% of the price, shipping was free and mega fast. Laptop was off a better quality than advertised. I am a happy customer and would not hesitate to recommended them if you want to acquire a laptop.

Laptop I ordered was totally wrecked was for a Xmas present hard glue substance all over screen I know it's refurbed and It was described as fine but was far from it sent email waiting for response to get refund have bought another from elsewhere in meantime.

The computer I purchased was advertised as having a higher spec than what I received, however SMG were incredibly helpul, despite the issue. We agreed a substantial partial refund and their customer services were literally the best I've encountered. I will absolutely be using them again and cannot recommend them highly enough. As for the computer, the condition was 'pristine' but I would say closer to perfect as it is literally brand new. I'm really impressed with SMG.
