"Refurbished product"

The product itself seems fine but several items were missing from the box e.g. charger, screws, install tool.

I emailed to ask about this and was just told that they did not carry spares.
I will keep the product and use it because it was a good price and I have my own spares I can get by with, but this really should have been advertised at the point of sale.

I bought a laptob from this company claiming it has a 4k display. However, it turns out that it can only support full HD.

My recommendation to you: Definitely avoid. Waste of time and money!

Just give you an update why you should avoid. I sent their products back and my order included a laptop and a mouse. I returned both.

Now I am saying what liars they are. They came back to me that we had only received the laptop not a mouse. Hopefully, I paid with Paypal. Thank to PAYPAL as they totally refunded my order.

Thus, I am saying again:
AVOID THESE LIARS DEFINITELY.
