This is your duty as a company to ask dpd to re-open investigations. The picture they have put up as evidence doesn’t look anything like any building in the property . I have asked my neighbours none of them picked up my item . This is the very first time I’m experiencing this , I lived in the building for four years . I need my product delivered to me , this has caused me stress .

Um stuck with a samsung s22 ultra that keeps rebooting became they said they cant give me a working one. At one point they said they had "pressure tested" my phone for 10-15 minutes.They also said they had tested the phone by recording a video for 6 hours till the battery was flat but i recorded a video with the same phone and it did not record beyond 4 hours 10 mins. The discrepancy made me doubt their test. All the explanations they gave made no sense. I regret buying from them as i have to be stuck with a phone thats useless despite having a warranty. I will never buy anything from them again. £378 pounds gone down the drain
