Thanks so much SME for repeating your self once again with a close to like for like message as the first one when I told you I’am fully aware of the situation but you still felt the need to repeat your self anyway. Well I’ve just received the Sony clock radio today Thursday 12th of September 2024 around two weeks late. And the condition of the item is a like for like reflection of your service so far. The item looks like it’s second hand with one dent at the top back edge. The institution Crest up and folded as shoved in to a clear plastic bag by foot nun of the tape seal made. The bag with the main item within the clock the bag wasn’t even closed as would be on new sony products. The main box looks as if it was used as a replacement for a football and a arsenal-tottenham Derby. Now I’am sure SME will say the out box was not in that condition when sent. But I would very much love to hear there explanation for the poor condition of the contents of the item inside the box packaging and such. Fare to say I ain’t happy at all.
Just one more note to add when you send an item that’s delicate such this an alarm clock radio with screen you probably should place that item in a box with has padding this way if there any damage to the item it will only damage the outer box and not the principal item. You at SME stuck the principal item in a plastic bag with no protection other then the box the principal item was In. Oh and the plastic bag.
I’ve now received an offer via email for £15 to be returned due to the poor experience I’ve had. I would say no thinks keep your £15 pounds and I’ll take a full refund and to nothing more to do with this organisation again I’am not one for buying a damaged item that’s about £10 less then the same item Les were.
Just let me know how I can send this back to you as soon as possible

To be fair the condition of the controller was as described. It was a “near pristine factory refurbished controller”. However it was £54.99 only £5-10 cheaper than a brand new one. So I was expecting at very least a charging cable to be included as you would get with a new one, and at best it to be in a proper PS controller box. Unfortunately it was just the controller, in a brown box. So I feel I overpaid a bit.
