Ordered a grey joycon switch when it came it was the normal blue and red joycons on top of that the red right joycon was broken and doesn’t connect to my switch for multiplayer, emailed and took them 3 days to respond and said i’d haft to send it back i do not have the time to be chasing this for all to get a refund when i already moved everything on to this switch do not order from this website. After i wrote this review the team reached out to me and offered a £50 refund for the controller i am very pleased with this outcome and thankyou to the agent who i spoke with very helpful and understanding.

All positive I can say is fast delivery and easy to use website. First expiriance was bad as i bought sony WF-1000xm4 earphones and instead of promised 8hours playback i got 10min and thats if i am lucky.
With all respect these things needs to be checked before selling item.
Item is faulty, just hope i was one off and will be able to get refound or replacement.

"Wrong description of item"

I'm sure the website is good for other items but I purchased Nintendo switch joycons and they were labelled 'New - Open box' however upon arrival, the quality was cheap, it had none of the markings as original controllers do and the ZL button on the back had marks of use.....
When I connected them to my switch, the controllers were pink but showing up as purple, which is so weird. I don't mind if the item is used because they have that category available, it's because the description said brand new never been used only box open, plus I paid close to retail price for them, which was extremely disappointing.

I think they need to be more honest about their products to ensure things like this don't happen again, I did refund the controller so that's why I give them 2 stars, otherwise not a good experience.
