Delivered within two days and pristine really did mean pristine. It's almost like new just a couple of tiny marks on edge of case. I don't know why anyone would bother to buy new when they come like this.

I can’t give more than 1 star bought a refurbished pristine condition 20th anniversary headset for my 10 yr old for his x box as his had broken, paid for next day delivery, told my son, it turned up and no sound from the right headphone, so disappointing and my son couldn’t play with his friends, had to buy him one on Argos next day delivery, these are supposed to be fully tested before sending out so I can’t give more than 1 star for a first time shopping experience with this company. I will however say the customer service rep I spoke to was amazing it’s just a shame the product let them down so badly!

I was dubious at first after reading some bad reviews but ordered laptop and it was delivered the next day. Charger was broken and contacted them and a replacement was sent out. Quality product at bargain price.
