Vineet Sharm is true to every word of his. This is a rare quality to find in this era. The day I took the plunge to enroll for his programs, my life has changed. I have changed for good.
My weight is 86kg today (07-12-2022). Was 96kgs in the month of September. Important highlight here, is not the weight loss, but the confidence I have gained. My weight will drop even more, (Up till my Ideal body weight) I am dam sure about that. We never got a Diet Chart, Just FYI. I hate Diet Charts, Just FYI.
My blood pressure reading, in the mornings, after a complete night rest were 97/160 plus or minus. Now it is 80/125. Can you beat that?
I have been struggling with fissures from past 1 year. It has disappeared in just two months.
