"My experience with HEX"

This is the 5th week of our 10 weeks in our journey for health and wellness. This program has been an eye-opener for me with regard to the various aspects of my life with regard to food. My experience in HEX is awesome. It has given me great results. In a span of five weeks, I have reduced 4.6 kgs (5% of my initial body weight).
