The program is very well researched and packaged for effective learning. It combines knowledge about nutrition with practical application and is packaged in convenient information modules to build on the topic in a step by step manner. Several interesting things such as when and how to drink water, take deep diaphragm breaths and how to sequence and combine food are taught. The combination of own researched matter and supplemental matter such as videos etc. help the program being authentic.
The only caveat is that it requires an enormous amount of time, commitment and energy so to see results one must be extremely committed to and believe in the overall program and all actions it expects of one.

This comprehensive programme by Vineet Sharma is an eye-opener for all those who used to think that they knew everything about diet and nutrition. The daily videos and myth busters were helpful. Pal calls, Friday assignments, DB, Celebration selfies were all co passengers in our journey of second life. Dipti has been a constant support.
I can see inch loss, skin glowing, reduction in cravings. We all embarked on our journey towards our goal sheets and we are hopeful and positive that we will reach our destination soon.
I am very happy that I joined this programme and I am happy with the results achieved so far.
