They are always available to the participants almost instantly to clarify doubts, resolve any issues if any and guide them in the right direction. I came into HEX Program being skeptical about myself about my own ability to handle the rigor of the program rather than anything about the program. However we are gradually taken from level 0 to level 10 which doesn't overwhelm anyone but gets the desired results in a systematic, gradual and sustainable way. It doesn't involve any crash diets or any fad supplements which are just quick fixes without any sustainable benefits.
Overall I had a marvelous experience and was surprised with my own successful results, exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend this program to anyone seeking to achieve genuine healthy lifestyle and sustainable weight loss.

When I joined this program, I had many doubts like is it same program as many in market with different name? Or will they be able to deliver same which they promised? Etc etc.
But I want to congratulate Vineet and team for designing such a great program. Despite being a late starter on this program I am still able to lose weight and continuing loosing it in healthy way which is very important. Also along with it, developed some good habbits.

The program is very scientifically designed keeping in mind psychology and habits. Vineet and team have done a super job of looking at various pitfalls and built systems which act as guardrails to keep you going. the program is built to motivate, support, reward and aspire to do more. It works on so many aspects like making one aware of so many facts about food and not real food in small daily doses so you get the required knowledge in spoonfulls and things start to change, one thing at a time. There is absolutely nothing to complain about this program, so it has earned every star on the review and worked very hard to get it. every minute detail has been thought through and vineet and his team( Dipti) almost have made it personal to ensure every participant is getting their life back on track.
