"Terrible"

Don't believe what they say on there website,same day pay out when the receive the fone , load of tosh! I sent my fone on the Monday special delivery.
They got it on Tuesday heard nothing from them, I foned them on the Friday, guy on end of the fone didn't seem to know we're my fone was went to check the records , came back an said ' oh yea you must have dropped your fone the screen is hanging off ' my screen is imaculate ,chips on the side but that's it . He then says a price that was a lot lower than what was first offered I refused got my fone returned and was my screen hanging off No.

"Do not use"

Phone was received by these guys on a Monday, took 4 days to get a response where they lowered the price by 25%.

They emailed me from a Gmail account which seems a touch unprofessional, and is also an email address not listed on their website.

Took 5 attempts to answer the phone and wouldnt solve my query over the phone, had to wait for a call back. Still waiting!

They recieved the phone 2 weeks ago now and still have not paid out.

"Customer Service Needs Attention"

After initial problems through lack of contact everything was corrected today.The problems were explained due to a employee that left and the backlog due to this problem.After speaking on the telephone evrything was sorted in a timely fashion and payment was swift.

"Slow to pay, needed 2 phone calls"

Had an email promising payment that day if I accepted offer. No payment forthcoming, sent 2 further emails, no reply.
Had to phone twice and eventually got money.
Good, fair price paid compared with other companies.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

2 days after receiving my phone they got back to me with a price reduced by 1/3!! They offered to return my phone if I wasn't happy with the offer, now 7 days and 4 emails later I am still waiting on a reply and my phone! Wish I'd listened to the other negative reviews.

"Good service - fairly quick"

Good service - offered a good price for my phone and the acknowledgement of the Phone being returned was quick.

It did take a little while longer than I expected to be paid but it was only a couple of days (I guess I am impatient).

"Took far too long"

Almost three weeks later, finally received payment. Had to email almost every day and got the same response, "we shall process that right away" and "emails not working" not good enough when you advertise same day payment after phone has been checked and received. Fair enough payments can take 48hrs to show, but not three weeks.

"Lies"

I will never use this company again. Send away a phone 2 weeks ago and still have received my payment for my device, plus they said it would be 24-48 hours !!!!!! LIES!!!!!!

"Fair Service but unprofessional and slow to react"

lthough the packaging was sent out very quickly, I did not receive any news for 5 days after my phone being delivered. A quick phone call and I was told they had no record of receiving it, but they would 'check to see if they lost it somewhere'. After 5 minutes they had mysteriously found the phone and sent through confirmation of the price, and notifying me that I would receive the money in 24 hours.

After 5 days and no money, another quick phone call, and again a confused answer claiming they didn't know why I had not received the money. Sure enough 5 minutes later I had confirmation they had sent the money.

Fairly unprofessional, bad mannered contact, but I did receive the money after prompting, and a better price than other similar services.

Quoted the best price for my old mobile phone, with no delays in sending the packaging & transferring the money into my PayPal account on receipt & inspection of the item.
Excellent all round service.
