I find this store is very good for cut on trousers, you can tell the quality is better, you really do get what you pay for! but I usually buy things in the sale, if I can find my size, tops sometimes come up big but it does have a very good description on clothing which is important when purchasing online, where it mentions oversized or generous fit, so I usually buy small. If you return goods the refund is the fastest I have received for online clothing.
One thing lacking is the tracking service you do not get any as it is Royal Mail, but if you contact F/C they will give you the tracking number over the phone.

Ordered a pink suit for a wedding on their website. Order arrived promptly, was true to size and good quality. Yes it's a bit pricey (around £180 for trousers + jacket) but I've honestly seen Zara charge more for suits not nearly as stylish or as high quality as this. Absolutely no regrets!

"French Connection charges high prices for extremely poor service"

Paid $26 for overnight delivery on a piece of clothing for a special occasion. Need it in 2 days, but still do not have it 7 days later. From UPS tracking, which shows the item traveling in circles between NY and CT, they did not actually pay for overnight delivery. When I was notified by UPS when the original label was created, it was categorized as a Return, not a Shipment, which had me wondering what was going to happen and what kind of training/education the staff have when such a basic mistake is made and not caught before the customer sees it.

Less than 24 hours after buying item, I received a phishing email with digits from my credit card number, indicating my information had been revealed or sold off to scammers.

Wish I had looked at the reviews here before ordering, but I’m tired of being misled and ripped off by every online merchant that is not one of the big names. French Connection is yet another merchant that is ill equipped and unmotivated to provide quality service.

Staff in the white city store were very helpful and helped me find the right size dress. I asked to purchase the 12 rather than the 10, giving both back to the shop assistant as she had kindly offered to steam the item for me before buying. I have just opened the wrapped item before the occasion I bought it for which is 2 days from now and they have actually given me the size 10, which I cannot wear. It’s now 1 day outside the exchange period so I have lost £95 on something I can’t wear because of their mistake. I would feel better about this if customer service would intervene but so far heard nothing.

I purchased an item over 3 weeks ago. I kept asking if the item would go on sale as there were several holidays coming up. Staff's words were "Absolutely not, even if everything else in the store goes on sale, this item will not". I was also told that there were only limited quantities of this item so it was likely to be sold out soon. I purchased it and about 3 weeks later, the item is on sale. 25% off. I rang the store to see if they can explain their lack of integrity. No, their excuse is that they didn't know it would go on sale. If they didn't know, why categorically insist that it wouldn't? Also, since it is now over the 2 weeks return period, I can't even return the item. And worse still, I haven't worn the item, tags still on and I found a stitch coming out of the jacket. So poor quality, and a company that profits off dishonesty. Stay away.

French Connection has gone rapidly downhill. Their present products are not worth the price. As for their service, it is even worse. Kmart and Target offer this kind of quality at realistic prices and offer a much better after sales service.

I use french connection clothing like i bought tshirts shirt and jeans, so i find it is very nice stuff. In everything acctually i use jeans in size 32 if strechable if no so i use 34. But when i try fcuk jeans so i got 30 waist is truly proper fit overall and very comfortable i use polo tshirt. The stuff awesome because of if u wear xl size tee so in fcuk u can wear L size that is a fabric quality not quantity so i will give 5* rating, and one thing is make the clothes trend wise and beat everything everywhere thanks

I am a big lover of French Connection, their clothes are gorgeous and their stores always look very trendy! Their sales are very good, and their homeware is dreamy.

I've gone in many of their stores, and the only one I have ever had any criticism for is the Brighton one. The Male Brighton Store Manager was quite rude when we asked him a question about the price of one of their coats, and looked down his nose at us as if we were too young to be deemed worthy to shop there. However, that is only one person with bad customer service skills, it wouldn't put me off shopping there in the future.
