"rude and a complete con"

I have shopped in french connection for years but the last few years their quailty of clothing is so poor, I recently bought a dresss and after one wear the dress was all bobbly and terrible looking. I took it back to store and was treated like some sort of criminal - they are sending the dress away whcih will take 2 weeks to decide if I am telling the truth, this is ridiculous I could understand if i had it some time but a week and worn once this is a joke!

I love French Connection! The design is always unique and quality is high. Although it can be quite pricey sometimes! Still my favorite though

"color bleeds"

i had their light pink shirt and it bled color during wash... worst thing is it spread to 3 other shirts ... its surely overpriced for its cheap quality... will contact the store for refund... but i wont buy from them again...

"A real let down with online ordering"

I have been waiting for months for a dress I love to go down in the sales. As soon as it did I ordered it. I got an email saying it had been dispatched but a week or so went past and no notification of delivery. I had to call up French Connection customer services who couldn't advise me on the phone. They said they'd contact me the next day. Nothing. The day after they finally emailed to say the order hasn't been dispatched and the dress is out of stock. They asked if I wanted to exchange or get a refund...pretty simple decision to make!

"Great Selection of Fashionable Clothing, but Fabric Quality Needs Improvement"

I am a loyal French Connection fan and have always enjoyed their fashion forward lines. Recently, I was a bit disappointed in the fabric quality on a recent website purchase. I ordered 4 articles of clothing, and I was disappointed with two of the articles. The fabric was quite thin, and the colors were not as vibrant as how the website depicted them. This was a first for me - I have always thought that French Connection quality was superior to other competitor brands. I will continue to shop French Connection, but only in their bricks and mortar stores!

"First time ordering online"

It was first time that I ordered online from French Connection. It was end of season sale going on and I ordered for store collection as their postage cost was more than £4.00 and I cannot afford to spend so much for 3-5 working days delivery. When I ordered online, I was happy to see the collection and the website. Everything went smoothly and when we reached the store, we were given our order and they asked if we wanted to try and if it doesn't fit or we don't like, they will refund. Still we didn't try as we are daily customers of FCUK and we know their size policy. So, things went smoothly and perfectly. No issues

"Rude, disinterested staff..."

Rude, disinterested staff, that don't know the products they are selling. I payed a visit to the Covent Garden/Long Acre branch today. After I asked for a jumper I seen on the window (the new one with the big F), I was told (by a girl at first) that they were brand new and still in the stock room and that a colleague would fetch me one, only to be told about 10 minutes later (this time by a guy she passed this on to) that they were all gone ! So do they do warehouse sales now? Do customers buy straight out of the boxes in their warehouse? And the shop assistant did NOT check the stockroom, he was chatting to a client all along! He just couldn't be bothered and told me they ran out. Not very clever, as they cannot have ran out if they never hit the shop floor...
Ridiculous. I just left and will NEVER go there again ! I would have thought that for a company that recently hit the headlines as they are losing profit, the shop assistants would have a better attitude... but looks like they don't... it's just another job I guess...

"French Connection suit trousers worn out after 3 wears!"

As it says, no refund patronising staff (Brighton). Very poor, shall never shop there again.

Ordered some items on next day - they arrived as promised.

They weren't suitable so returned them to the post office and within a day, had an email saying they had received the goods, the day after another telling me they would be refunding me. They even refunded the postal charge!

Great quality clothing. I always order from here as i'm less likely to go to out and be stood next to some guy wearing the same shirt as I would going to one the usual high street mens clothing shops
