Wow, wow, wow! I honestly could not be more happy with my experience. I had my sights set on a table—they offered to contract with the distributor to send me free swatches. There was kind follow-up and finally an order, with white glove delivery included. Megan was diligent with follow-up and the service was outstanding. They were so honest which stunned me — the table had a scuff and the manufacturer offered a replacement vs. discount. I took the discount but was amazed that they would be so forthcoming as to offer a solution along with the excellent product. Truly customer centered service. 10 stars if I could give that!

I had an issue with my order and I can tell you that I HAVE NEVER experienced this level of customer service. Megan you are one in a million! I have been on this planet for a while and am an avid shopper. I have experienced the worst customer service as I am sure all of you have. THIS business is doing it right! IN 2024..It's like 1980's customer service? Do you remember how good that was back in the day?

The customer service was outstanding. Every time I called I was able to speak to a real human, very refreshing. The only disappointment was the delivery date has been pushed back, with no known eta. I feel that is more on the shipping company rather than Layla Grace. Again to reiterate the service was excellent and the people genuinely wanted to help.

Dear customer service:
We received the pedestal bar table today.
The delivery service insisted on not allowing us to open the box prior to them delivering it even though the box was damaged in multiple places.
After opening the container, it was broken in one location, yet I was not allowed to check the item before the delivery team left. The signature form for acceptance does request the quality of the product and if there’s damage. If the customer is not given a window of 2-5 minutes to open and check the package, those responses cannot be answered. I entered my name on the form but did NOT sign the form for acceptance. I hope other customers will take heed to this experience and be cautious in ordering with such poor and contradictory information. Signing a form for acceptance, yet given no time to evaluate the delivery is not acceptable.
This type of extremely poor delivery service will prevent us from ordering with Layla Grayce in the future.
We have ordered from Wayfair multiple times and have had much better delivery service.

It would be in your company’s best interest to provide excellent quality delivery service.

I ordered a large piece of wall art. I loved the selection and the product I received. Although I had to wait for it for two months, I'm glad they did not give me false shipping estimates, unlike some other websites I ordered from.
