Customer service was exceptional for the entire process. Each time I called, a real person answered the phone and even though I spoke to 3 different people during the process, every one of them was kind, helpful and efficient. Often times you find out the true customer service attitude of a business when there is an issue. 1 of the 5 chairs I ordered was broken during shipment. The company quickly reordered me a new one and the customer service experience was great again. This is my first time ordering through Layla Grayce but it won’t be the last time I do so.
