Purchased an antelope wall sculpture. Item was more gold than shown in internet picture and cannot be used where originally intended. Also did not want to return and have to pay shipping and restocking fees. Kept it but will not be ordering anything else ever again.

Well, the rug is pretty but ive had it on the floor now for several weeks and it still has the ripple effect from being shipped. I have steamed it twice and I'm convinced that the ripples are not coming out. We are not happy with it.

The cost and quality of the carpet were on the mark, and the company service re: delivery questions were answered promptly. The carpet arrived 1 day later than planned but this didn't cause any problem for us, and does not seem to have been the fault of the company (rather the carrier).
