Was searching the web for Eric + Eloise brass pheasant to complete my daughter’s collection when I came across the item on Layla Grace website. Item arrived Damaged (A hole in the top of table and a broken/bent stablizer. Layla Grace minimized it as a manufacturers defect rather than sending out a replacement.

Promised to be shipped on November 20th. Today December 13th and no shipping notification yet. When I contacted the costumer service they said shipping time is not guaranteed.. such a disappointment because I would’ve ordered the items from a different website with a guaranteed shipping time
